Made of vinyl. Water and fade resistant for outdoor uses.

To apply, coat the surface with mild soapy water, then peel about 1-2″ starting at one corner. Apply to surface and using a squeegee or hard cardboard rub down onto surface continuing to peel backer off as you go. Any air bubbles can be pricked with a pin to allow air to escape. The pin hole will disappear with a little heat or sunlight.
